Your home data belongs to you.
Last updated: June 1, 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how Dwellos collects, uses, and protects your information.
What we collect
Account data (email, name) needed to sign you in. Device telemetry only when you opt in to diagnostics. Payment data is processed by our payment provider — we never see your full card number.
What stays on your hub
Camera feeds, voice audio, sensor data, automation logs, and AI inference all run locally on your Dwellos Hub by default. They never leave your home unless you explicitly enable a cloud feature.
What we never do
- Sell your data to advertisers or data brokers
- Use your home data to train external AI models
- Share data with third parties without your consent
- Track you across the web
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. Under GDPR and CCPA, you can also request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing privacy@getdwellos.com.
Security
All cloud traffic is TLS 1.3. Local-to-cloud sync uses end-to-end encryption with keys held on your hub. We run quarterly third-party penetration tests.
