Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 1, 2026. By using Dwellos, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us at security@getdwellos.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Dwellos to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the hub firmware in ways that compromise other users' security.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Refunds are handled per our refund policy: full refund within 30 days for hardware, prorated for unused service.

4. Service availability

Dwellos is designed to keep working offline. Cloud features are provided "as is" without uptime guarantees outside of any SLA in your Pro or Enterprise agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellos's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Dwellos is not a substitute for a monitored alarm system or professional medical, fire, or security service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and in the app.
